Employment Negotiation and Litigation

We represent both employers and employees in employment-related matters, including advising clients navigating internal investigations, non-compete issues, and allegations of discrimination under federal, state and local law. Representative matters include: Negotiating severance packages in a wide range of industries, including the banking, spirits, and start-up industries; representing individuals, including a Master Bourbon Blender, C-Suite, and mid-range corporate employees, making claims of discrimination against some of the largest corporations in the spirits and fashion industries; and defending corporations against claims of discriminatory termination and retaliation from former employees.
